We collect account information (email, password hash), workspace and pipeline data you provide, and usage necessary to operate the service (e.g. API calls, logs).
We use your data to provide Robin.ai, enforce limits, process payments (via Stripe), and improve the product. We do not train AI models on your meeting content.
We use Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), and optionally OpenAI/Anthropic when you use your own API key. Your key is sent only to the provider you choose; we do not store your API key.
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes after closure.
